This beautiful stone terraced cottage is in the old part of Baslow, just yards from the entrance to the Chatsworth estate. The cottage dates back to about 1750 and is a stunning property that has been lovingly restored, retaining many original features such as staircases, beams, vaulted ceilings and exposed stonework, making a it characterful property in which to stay. There are three floors to be enjoyed; the kitchen is delightful with its stable door to the rear garden and the dining area is in this room. The cosy, comfortable sitting room houses an open fire, a perfect spot to relax in. There are three charming and elegant bedrooms and a sumptuous bathroom. This idyllic cottage makes a fabulous base to explore the wonderful Peak District.

Roadside parking for 1 car, additional parking in municipal car park approx. 50m from property. Small rear courtyard with furniture. One pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk.
